Client Bio

Ascension began in December 2012, after a year spent researching and developing the concept: an Australian style coffee shop with simple European-café-type food and a laid-back, familiar atmosphere.

Challenge

Russell Hayward Founder of Ascension reached out with the need of having an Online presence that emulated the style and culture of Ascension with the ability to sell product from the main Roastery as well as the cafes, with the ability to manage the content and products with ease.

We developed simple iconography relevant to the Ascension brand that would add an extra creative element to tell more of their story.

Online Ordering

To address Ascension’s need to increase revenue, we added a responsive e-commerce component that would allow customers to make purchases online with ease while giving the store owner the ability to track orders and manage inventory.

Video Production

From the storyboard to the screen, the Ascension story came to life through visuals of coffee and culture, as founder Russell Hayward shared the vision behind his creation.

Since brand redevelopment in 2016, Ascension has expanded from 1 coffee shop in the Dallas Design District, to 6 total within the DFW area.

 

Ascension is currently located in popular malls such as Willow Bend and has a storefront as part of the billion-dollar Dallas Cowboys practice facility at The Star in Frisco, with plans to expand their brand to Austin, and into Oklahoma City.

 

The entire team at Ascension was thrilled with the results and has said they couldn’t have gotten to the point of success they have now with the brand they had before Interactive Exposure worked their magic.
