Meet The Team
Founder / Principal
Professionally, over 12 years of marketing and consulting experience has allowed Larry to get out in front of and build relationships with a wide variety of people. He has gained valuable project management skills in the marketing arena, overseeing people, hours, design, budgets and execution. As an entrepreneur and consultant Larry has worked with clients ranging from fortune 500 companies to small startups.
Prior to co-founding Interactive Exposure LLC in 2011, Larry spent several years in midsize agency environments following 3 years at a global consulting firm. He is extremely grateful to have learned the agency world first hand from two distinctively talented owners who built their respective firms from the ground up and have a combined 70+ years of practice. His time there, and in operating IE thus far, has required him to oversee accounts from initial presentations to full implementation.
Larry has spearheaded and executed integrated marketing projects including: Web design/ development, Video Production, Graphic Design, Branding/ Identity, Email Marketing, Social Media, Print, and Media Buying campaigns. In 2015, Larry completed a continuing education Masters course within the SMU executive program for User Experience (U/X) Design. Above all, he loves seeing clients move from not having modern branding in place to ecstatic with their creative solutions and results. When he is not envisioning the next branding solution, Larry spends his time coaching kids basketball, involved at church, staying physically active, and raising his newborn son with his wife Tina.
Creative Director / Developer
With over 15 years of experience in new media as a creative designer, Mark has become a passionate leader with a proven track record for translating complex ideas into slick, successful campaigns. He desires to see his clients become leaders in their competitive fields, and always goes the extra mile to understand their vision, to provide the best tools to help them succeed. A keen eye for detail and love of design motivates him to think outside the box and produce fresh ideas that effectively convey the client’s story and appeal to its target audience.
Over his career, Mark has worked both in corporate and freelance roles for various types of clients ranging from national brands to local mom and pop shops. Projects include websites, print collateral, motion graphics and video production, with key areas of experience including Creative Direction, Branding, User Experience and Usability, Web Development and Graphic Design.
Since joining Interactive Exposure in 2013, Mark has played a major role in shaping our brand and culture. His creative insight and vision has not only brought added quality to creative projects, but has also helped to change the way the business is run as a whole. He brings to the table a hands-on approach that has enabled him to improve productivity and customer satisfaction. He desires to see Interactive Exposure reach its full potential, and is ready to tackle oncoming obstacles that lead to success.
